Comments: Staff was professional and, in view of the severe chronic pain in my right thigh and knee, were supportive and considerate. Dr. Chen reviewed my X-rays and, after listening to my complaint, examined me. He listened to me carefully and struck me as thorough. Unfortunately I was not a candidate for orthopedic surgery. He recommended I continue working with my pain management physician. I did sense he had a heavy patient load. As an orthopedic surgeon, I recommend him highly.
