Dr. James Chen had it all from his perfect demeanor to the warmth and kindness that's very comforting from a doctor when it comes to having both hips replaced.
He made sure all our questions were answered and took as much time as we needed.
He explains things slowly and in layman's terms so we fully understood everything that was going to happen before during and after.
I was petrified at the thought of having this invasive surgery and now I have all the confidence in the world that I have the best doctor that there is to take care of me.
