Comments: This was my first visit. The staff was very helpful getting me started on the initial paperwork to fill out. I was almost finished when they had me complete it after meeting with Dr. Chen.

The technician was very patient positioning me for four X-rays as she required.

Every time I see Dr. Chen he has such a kind manner. He spoke with me addressing the surgery per the X-rays. He explained where he cemented and showed me where I am healing. He commented on my incision healing nicely in tandem with his handiwork.

As I left he gave me his card with his nurse’s name and number if I were to need to reach him prior to my next visit Feb. 1st at 2:15. Unfortunately I did need to give Hilda a call 11/30. I gave the details of a fainting fall 11/28 on my left, stronger side. Because I have no bruising nor seem to have any indications of additional stress to my right side incision or hip Dr. Chen said it was unnecessary to come into the office. My fainting fall totally surprised me as this is unlike me. I was pleased I need not hesitate to inform Dr. Chen for his opinion to check if further action was required.
